Interestingly, the temple does not house a physical idol or image of the Goddess. Instead, the inner portion of the temple’s upper roof is artistically painted to symbolize her presence. At the center of the sanctum lies a sacred gold Shakti Visa Sri Yantra with a slightly raised surface, inscribed with 51 holy Bijaksharas (mystic letters). The Yantra is highly revered, and for its protection, photography is strictly prohibited. Before worshipping it, devotees cover their eyes with a white cloth as a mark of respect and purity.
